How much cash must I bring for a visa on arrival in Thailand?
Materials required for visa on arrival:
1 Passport is valid for at least 6 months.
2. Two-inch bareheaded photo with white background.
3. Carry 10000 (for individuals) and 20000 (for families) in cash or equivalent foreign currency (Thailand Immigration Bureau will conduct random inspection).
4. Round-trip air tickets for less than 15 days (e-ticket printed version)
Visa holders on arrival shall not apply for extension except for special reasons such as illness. You can apply for extension to the Immigration Bureau at the address of Immigration Bureau 1, 57 SOI.
