What does it mean that everything in the world is reincarnated, caused by fate, and everything is determined?

The principle of cause and effect must exist in the Saha world we know and in other worlds. We must know that our Sakyamuni Buddha and Amitabha Buddha also made vows on the ground of origin, practiced the Bodhisattva path, and achieved the Buddha status of supreme enlightenment on the ground of fruition. Therefore, we can deduce: in the world that we can know, all dharmas are empty, because all dharmas are caused by causes and conditions. Cause and effect are not empty, and it is also because all things are caused by causes and conditions.
