Day 1: Chengdu-xinduqiao

Depart from Chengdu and arrive at Ya 'an via Chengya Expressway. Yu Ya 'an, a city famous for "elegant rain, elegant girl and elegant fish". After that, I visited Luding Bridge for lunch. Day 3: One-day tour of Daocheng Aden Scenic Area

Down jacket, sweater, sun hat, anti-ultraviolet sunglasses, thicker socks and outdoor hiking shoes with good waterproof performance are all necessary.

3. Food and water

There may be no food on the way to Tibet. We should make sure that there is enough water and food in the car to keep our vitality. High-calorie foods such as chocolate, Snickers and beef jerky are essential.
