(1) Hubei internal process

3. Do a good job in community investigation and actively cooperate. People who have lived in local epidemic areas inside and outside the province in the past 7 days should take the initiative to report to their units, communities (villages) or hotels. If there is any intersection with the published activity track of infected people, please report the relevant situation to your community and the CDC under your jurisdiction, conduct nucleic acid testing and cooperate with the implementation of relevant prevention and control measures. In and out of community communities, enterprises and institutions, you must wear masks, take body temperature, scan health codes, check nucleic acid test results, and post information of foreign personnel. If serious consequences are caused by concealment or misrepresentation, the responsibility will be investigated according to law.

4. Enter and leave various public places in the city. Do a good job in checking the negative certificate of nucleic acid. No local epidemic counties (cities, districts) enter communities, communities, schools, institutions, enterprises and institutions, all kinds of public places, and take public transportation. Negative nucleic acid test certificate or nucleic acid sampling information must be provided within 5 days (120 hours); When a county (city, district) with a local epidemic situation enters a community, community, school, organ, enterprise or institution, or various public places, it must provide a negative certificate of nucleic acid detection or nucleic acid sampling information within 2 days (within 48 hours).

2. Management of personnel from (back to) Hubei in risk areas

People who have lived in the epidemic area in the past 7 days. After evaluation, when the epidemic is large in scale, widely spread in the community and the risk of spillover is high, family health monitoring, community health monitoring and health management measures corresponding to high and medium risk areas should be taken.

All people from other provinces (returning to Hubei) were subjected to "community health monitoring" for 5 days, and their nucleic acids were detected on 1, 2, 3 and 5 days respectively.
