(2) Severe punishment and serious accountability. All localities should strictly implement the Environmental Protection Law and other environmental protection laws and regulations, focusing on cracking down on malicious illegal sewage discharge and data fraud. Enterprises with serious violations of the law should be severely punished according to law and rectified within a time limit.
