Yongqing county has designated closed control areas, control areas and prevention areas, and other areas outside the closed control areas, control areas and prevention areas have been subject to social control since March 30, 2022 12.

(1) Strictly control the intersections around county boundaries.

1. All checkpoints around the county boundary (including high-speed exits) continue to implement the control measures of "four doors locked".

2. If it is really necessary to leave the county (including commuters in Beijing and Hebei), the township (district, office) to which it belongs shall issue a certificate, and the bayonet shall strictly check the "two certificates and one promise" (negative nucleic acid test certificate and resident ID card within 48 hours, and sign a commitment letter on epidemic prevention safety), strictly abide by the epidemic prevention policy of the destination, and the commuters in Beijing and Hebei shall implement the Beijing prevention and control policy; Check the "two certificates and one commitment" for people and vehicles entering (exiting) one by one. Non-Beijing-Hebei commuters need to undergo antigen testing at the entry-exit office, and the antigen test results are negative before entering the country. Within 24 hours after arrival, the township (district, office) is responsible for conducting a nucleic acid test at home, and the inspected personnel must stay indoors.

(two) strictly implement the reporting measures for retired personnel.

1. All visitors (returnees) must report to the destination community (village street), work unit or hotel in advance.

2. In principle, personnel from the middle and high risk areas and counties (cities, districts and banners) are not allowed to come (return) to Yongqing. For those who have arrived or have to come (return) to Yongqing for special reasons, the personnel in the middle and high risk areas shall strictly implement 14 day centralized isolation (self-care) and 7 days home medical observation and control measures; Personnel in counties (cities, districts and banners) where high-risk areas are located and counties (cities, districts and banners) where positive patients are located should strictly implement 14-day home medical observation measures, and centralized isolation measures should be implemented for those who do not have the conditions for single-person and single-family home medical observation; Personnel from other counties (cities, districts and banners) in the city where the medium-high risk area is located shall implement 14-day home health monitoring measures.
