Huairou has beautiful mountains and clear waters, and there are rows of hotels with the names of resorts, sanatoriums, training centers, etc. But except for those with strong funds or backgrounds, few can stand up.

The hotels in Huairou Scenic Area are busy for half the year (Shan Bar and a few other hotels have good business all year round). Even in this half year, business is only booming during the May Day and National Day holidays, most of the time Everyone does his or her best, maintained by meetings and teams.

Looking at your introduction, I can roughly estimate the location. If you go northeast, you should pass Yunmeng Mountain, if you go north, you should pass Lotus Pond, if you go northwest, you should pass Mutianyu, if you go northwest, you should pass Mutianyu. Going west we should reach Changping. The distance of 90 kilometers exceeds the psychological expectations of many tourists.

1. There is a resort in the Xuzhou Mountain Scenic Area. I visited it a few years ago. It is surrounded by mountains and rippling green water. The scenery is beautiful, quiet and pleasant. I'm impressed. Because of the remoteness of the road, I didn’t go there again for a long time. I passed by by chance this year and I heard from the management that the main focus is on the reception team.

2. There is a road from Liuliciao to Miyun, and Beijing North Rafting is on that road. The scenery of that valley is even better than the scenic spot where Shanba is located. Also due to the remoteness of the road, there are relatively few tourists.

Due to the existence of a large number of farmhouses, investing in hotels in the Huairou Mountains is risky. Of course, it's another matter if you have unique ideas or are a master of marketing or don't mainly receive individual customers. Even so, I'm afraid you have to be prepared to "carry it" for two or three years. It is therefore recommended that you think twice before taking action.
