Route:

D1: Go directly to Gulangyu Island first, which will save you money on accommodation and make it easier to arrange the time for your return trip.

Before 5:30 in the afternoon, you will take the boat at Dongdu Pier, and after 5:30, you will take the boat at the ferry terminal. On the first day in Gulangyu Island, you can stroll around the small alleys and see the ancient buildings on Gulangyu Island.

D2: You can go to the paid attractions in Gulangyu Island. You can buy combined tickets (Sunlight Rock, Shuzhuang Garden, Haoyue Garden, etc.), and there are group purchases on Ctrip. But I personally think Sunlight Rock and Shuzhuang Garden are more worth visiting. You can choose which ticket to buy according to your needs.

After returning to Xiamen Island from Gulangyu Island, it will be relatively late. You can go shopping and eat at Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street~~

D3: Go to Nanputuo Temple early in the morning and eat in the temple at noon Vegetarian dishes, very delicious~ Then at 12 noon when Xiamen University opens to tourists to enter the campus, go to the Xiamen University gate next to Nan Putuo to queue up and enter Xiamen University with your ID card.

In Xiamen University, you can go to Furong Lake, Furong Tunnel, Winding Field, etc. After coming out of Xiamen University, there are Nanhua Road, Dingaozi, Shapowei and other characteristic streets near Xiamen University.
