What are the modes of transportation in Bangkok? How can I take a bus from Thailand airport to downtown?
Bangkok traffic iron law
Taxis are owned by some locals and foreigners. Refusing to take a taxi is also a common phenomenon, and you will encounter situations where you don't call the meter. If you don't want to waste your mood, you can call a taxi online. This is the most convenient.
2. There is no Uber in Bangkok. Now it's Grab, but there are taxi software similar to LineTa Xi 'an, but it may not be as good as Garb.
Most tourists want to visit downtown Bangkok, so taking a taxi is the most worry-free, and traffic jams may be more stylish. You can also try a motorcycle.
4.BTS light rail and MRT are not from the same company, so it is impossible to get one ticket in the end, and they all use cards. Moreover, the fares of BTS and MRT are not cheap. If several people are together, it may be more cost-effective to take a taxi.
The cheapest means of transportation is the bus, but this is only suitable for friends who often go or are very familiar with Thai transportation.
6. DuDu is a relatively high-end travel tool, which is more suitable for tourists who spend money. After all, it costs 300 baht to take a taxi from Suvarnabhumi International Airport to Siam Square. However, within 2 kilometers from Siam Square to the destination, the price of the tuk-tuk car is also 300 baht.
7. Be sure to take a boat, not only for sightseeing but also for transportation. Bangkok in the waves is beautiful.
From the airport to downtown.
When many people go to Bangkok, the first thing to consider is traffic. There are two airports in Bangkok: Suvarnabhumi International Airport and don mueang international airport. Domestic flights are generally at Suvarnabhumi International Airport, and there are three kinds of traffic reports from this airport to the urban area: taxi, airport express and online car.
1. Taxi
At the airport, you can find the taxi stand along the sign. After constant rectification, taxi drivers are more disciplined than before, but before getting on the bus, you still have to emphasize that you should use the meter instead of changing directly. The airport will charge the driver a management fee of 50 baht, which will be borne by the tourists themselves. The final fee is the number on the table, 50 baht management fee and high-speed toll.
Our airport taxi stand is on the first floor of the terminal. Before using the car, you can click on the car you want to take on the automatic number machine, and then take the printed license plate receipt to find the corresponding driver.
2. Airport Express
There is only one airport express, the Bonus Blue Line, with eight stops. You can transfer to MRT (A6Makksan station) and BTS light rail (A8PhayaThai station) through the airport Huaixian. The blue form is Monday to Friday, and the green form is Saturday, Sunday and public holidays; The leftmost number in the table is hour and the right is minute. For example, the earliest departure time is 6:02 am, and so on.
3, the network car
If you like to use software to call a car, you can download Grab directly, and the operation method is the same as Didi. Just choose the start point and the end point. However, this is different from the fare range given by Didi. This will directly show the specific amount, but it does not include the high-speed toll, which should be paid separately according to the actual situation. Grab offers a variety of models, including private cars and taxis, which are both economical and luxurious. Another thing to note is that there will be an appointment fee for calling a taxi through Grab, which is about 20 baht. This reservation was collected by Grab. As long as you call a taxi through Grab, you have to pay. Robbery can be paid by bank card Alipay.
There is also a form of online car rental. These rooms can be booked in advance on the travel platform, which can save a lot of trouble and don't worry about poor English. Someone will meet you at the airport, usually waiting at Gate 4 in the lobby.
Go to the shopping center
The large shopping malls in Bangkok are basically along the BTS light rail, so it is more reliable to take BTS to avoid traffic jams. At present, BTS has two lines, the dark green one is the long line, and the emerald one is the Sukunyi line. Not only tourists, but also many locals regard BTS as the first choice for the most convenient and fast travel. It is recommended to find a hotel hand and walk along BTS, which is convenient.
BTS charges according to the distance. The farther away, the more expensive. Ticket price 16 baht, the second stop is 22 baht. If you don't take the extension cord, it is generally 44 digits, and it is capped. This price is much more expensive than the rail transit in major cities in China.
BTS also introduced counting cards and stored-value cards, collectively referred to as "rabbit cards". Both cards need 50 baht (non-refundable) plus 50 baht deposit (refundable) plus a certain advance payment before they can be used.
If you stay in Bangkok for less than a week, it is not recommended to buy it, because the counting card is a fixed number of times within 30 days, and there is no discount for using the stored-value card. BTS also introduced a one-day ticket at the price of 140 baht. However, it should be noted that coupons can be used unlimited times at 24 o'clock after the purchase on the same day and before the end of BTS, instead of within 24 hours after the purchase time. Central Shopping Center, Siam Shopping Center, Terminal 2 1, EmQuartier, Chatucha Weekend Market, etc. Can be reached through BTS.
