Installation process of oil-water separator:

3. Before each use, tap water is injected into the equipment, and the water level regulating tank is adjusted so that the top of the water level regulating pipe is at the same level as the upper edge of the oil spill tank.

4. The position of the water inlet pipe should keep a certain distance from the sundries separation box, so as to facilitate the removal of the sundries separation box.

5. Introduce oily wastewater, and adjust the water level regulating pipe again until the oil drainage pipe only discharges oil without drainage.

6. If the position of the oil drain pipe is too low, open the cover plate of the equipment and take out the oil with tools.

7. When draining oil, first open the oil valve, drain some water at the bottom, and then collect waste oil.

8. Please don't touch the regulating tube after it is adjusted, otherwise it will affect the quality of the effluent.
