The130th China Import and Export Fair (hereinafter referred to as Canton Fair) will be held in Guangzhou in June+10/October, 5438. In order to ensure the smooth holding of the Canton Fair, it is decided to implement the following epidemic prevention and control measures in COVID-19 from now until October 20, 2008:

First, strengthen the health management of entry personnel

Strengthen the closed-loop management of recruits and seamlessly connect point to point. 65438 From now until 1 October 20th, the isolation policy for all immigrants (destination is Guangzhou) was adjusted from "centralized isolation 14 days+home isolation for 7 days" to "centralized isolation 2 1 day", and the frequency of nucleic acid sampling and testing was adjusted to1,2, 3. Establish a rapid transfer mechanism, and all foreigners who return to Guangzhou after the expiration of centralized isolation 14 days in other cities will be transferred to the hotel for 7 days in a closed loop.

The original segregation policy for immigrants will be restored from 2 1, 10. After 20, 10, isolation in Guangzhou 14 days is less than 2 1 day, or after 14 days, isolation in other cities is less than 7 days, and those who meet the conditions of home isolation can be transferred to home isolation.

The second is to strengthen the management and control of the personnel coming (returning) to Guangzhou.

1. "Centralized isolation 14 days" (from the time of leaving the prefecture-level city) was conducted for those who had lived in the middle and high-risk areas, and nucleic acid detection was conducted for 1, 4, 7, 10 and 14 days, that is, 65438+.

2. Implement "home isolation 14 days" for people who have lived in middle and high risk areas (counties) (from the time they leave prefecture-level cities), conduct nucleic acid detection on 1, 4, 7, 14 days, and conduct double sampling and double inspection on 14 days.

3. For those who have lived in prefecture-level cities with local positive cases, the yellow code is given, "Check every three days" (with an interval of 24 hours), family health monitoring 14 days (from leaving prefecture-level cities with local positive cases), and nucleic acid testing is done on the seventh day and 14 days respectively.

4. On the basis of "four ones" (sending health notification, health inquiry, health code check and nucleic acid detection), self-health monitoring was added 14 days.

5. Strengthen epidemic prevention and control at traffic stations. If there is a local epidemic in other cities in China and the risk of spillover is assessed, the "two stations and one field" nucleic acid detection measures will be implemented.

Third, improve the prevention and control standards of hotels and apartments.

Personal protection should be done well. People with one of the top ten symptoms in COVID-19 (fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell and taste, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia and diarrhea) are not allowed to engage in reception services. Implement the daily health status monitoring of staff in accommodation places, strictly implement body temperature detection, health code inspection and communication big data travel card management, and implement the "zero report" system for daily fever personnel.

Four, strictly observe the entry point of the epidemic outside the airport.

Strictly implement the hard isolation measures for terminal area management, transfer the entry personnel from the "cabin door" to the "centralized isolation hotel door" in place, strengthen the garbage collection, transportation, storage, transshipment and harmless treatment inspection of inbound flights, and increase the frequency of sampling inspection and preventive disinfection of inbound goods, especially the supervision and inspection of crew and ground cleaning.

Five, strengthen the prevention and control of closed and semi-closed places

Do a good job in cleaning, ventilation and disinfection of public areas, arrange special personnel at the entrance to check the health code, scan the access code, measure the temperature and remind people to wear masks, and equip them with necessary epidemic prevention materials. Strengthen the epidemic prevention and control work in closed and semi-closed places where mahjong halls, cinemas, amusement halls, Internet cafes, gyms, supermarkets, swimming pools and other people gather. The above-mentioned places must strictly implement the prevention and control measures such as personnel code scanning and temperature measurement, crowd control, clean ventilation and disinfection, and employee health management.

Sixth, strengthen the management of public transportation.

Passengers of public transport vehicles in this city, such as subway, bus, taxi, internet car, exhibition car, etc., must have their health code checked, their body temperature measured and wear masks. Increase the frequency of cleaning and disinfection of public vehicles and traffic stations, more than twice a day. Internet car and taxi drivers should monitor their body temperature every day. Drivers with respiratory symptoms such as fever must stop working immediately and have COVID-19 nucleic acid screening. Always wear a mask during work and do a good job of personal health protection.

Seven, control the number of exhibition halls

Strictly control the flow and density of people in the exhibition hall of the Canton Fair, and control the instantaneous flow of people in the exhibition area, exhibition hall and booth by means of time sharing, peak shifting, reservation and current limiting. The instantaneous flow of people in the venue shall not exceed 50% of the maximum carrying capacity of the venue. When sampling nucleic acids at temporary nucleic acid detection points in venues, aggregation should be avoided. All exhibitors should do daily health monitoring and check the 48-hour negative nucleic acid certificate every time they enter the museum.
