Cui Zhenkuan Art Museum is a large-scale private art museum funded by Mr. Cui Zhenkuan, an important representative of contemporary Chinese painting and a leading figure of contemporary Chang 'an painting school, and invested by Shaanxi Mo Chang 'an Culture and Art Co., Ltd., which integrates exhibition, collection and protection, academic research, art exchange, public education and cultural leisure.

The Art Museum is located in Xi 'an Baqiao Ecological Wetland Park, covering an area of 38 mu, with a building area of 1.9 million square meters. Cui Zhenkuan works exhibition hall, comprehensive exhibition hall, art collection, multi-functional lecture hall, VIP reception hall and other exhibition application spaces are available. There are art hotels, restaurants, art shops, cafes, parking lots and other facilities, which can hold different types of large and medium-sized art exhibitions and cultural activities.

Located in Xi 'an, an ancient capital, the Art Museum is a famous cultural city famous for its glorious history of Zhou, Qin, Han and Tang Dynasties, and also the starting point and center of the ancient Asia-Europe Silk Road. Cui Zhenkuan Art Museum has the responsibility to display, collect and study high-quality, representative historical remains, literati painting and calligraphy, folk modeling and other traditional China arts together with the ink painting Chang 'an Art Museum established at the same time.

Cui Zhenkuan Art Museum aims to build an academic knowledge-based art museum with broad international vision, open cultural attitude, rigorous academic spirit, advanced service concept, first-class software and hardware facilities, and equal emphasis on tradition and history.

The art museum is mainly devoted to three academic tasks: first, to display, collect and study Mr. Cui Zhenkuan's works of art and literature; Second, display, collect and study the creative trend of contemporary ink and wash art in China and the works of outstanding artists; Third, display, collect and study the achievements and historical context of contemporary art in western China.

Famous scholars such as Pi Daojian, Jia, Peng De, Wang Lin, Yin Shuangxi, He Dan and Karen Smith will be invited to form the first academic committee to promote the effective development of the above academic work and provide information platform and working conditions for relevant academic research. Senior critics and curators will also be hired to form an exhibition team, from curating and arranging exhibitions to communication and reception, from cultivating art audiences, promoting original art to innovating exhibition modes, and pursuing high-quality and professional working methods.
