Spraying skills of truck paint

The surface should be thoroughly treated, free of oil and moisture, and the old coating should not have loose paint film.

Adjusting viscosity

Add a proper amount of special diluent and adjust the viscosity to -4 cups, 14- 18 seconds.

Adjusting spray gun

Adjust the fog shape of the spray gun-preferably an equilateral triangle, about 20cm away from the sprayed surface. Too close is easy to spray thick and sag, too far is easy to dry spray, which wastes too much paint and produces orange peel on the surface.

Matters needing attention

There must be a dust-free workshop and a good environment before spraying. Practice makes perfect. The more times you spray, the easier it is to master the eruption. My truck paint here is probably 17 yuan.
