Article 2 The full name of the school is Guilin University of Technology, the English name is Guilin University of Technology, and the code is 10596. Founded in 1956, the school was originally a university directly under the state, and 1998 was transformed into a central and local * * * building. Daily management is mainly in Guangxi, which is a key construction university in Guangxi. The nature of running a school is public full-time ordinary colleges and universities, and the level of running a school includes training doctoral students, master students, undergraduates and higher vocational college students.

Article 3 School locations include Jiang 'an Road 12 in Qixing District, Guilin (Guilin Feng Ping Campus), Yanshan Street 3 19 in Yanshan District, Guilin (Guilin Yanshan Campus), Anji Avenue 15 in Nanning (Nanning Anji Campus), and Shuangyong Road East 109 in the southern new area of Fusui, Guangxi. Guilin Feng Ping Campus and Yanshan Campus train all kinds of senior professionals such as doctoral students, master students and undergraduates, while Nanning Airport Campus and Anji Campus train applied technical talents such as applied undergraduates and higher vocational students.

Article 4 The school enrollment work strictly implements the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and conducts comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission of candidates based on the principles of fair competition, fair selection and openness and transparency. Chapter II Enrollment Organization

Article 5 The school shall set up a leading group for enrollment. The enrollment leading group is composed of school leaders and heads of relevant departments, and is responsible for formulating the enrollment policy of the college and discussing and deciding on important matters in enrollment.

Article 6 The school enrollment office is a permanent institution under the leadership of the leading group for enrollment work, and is responsible for organizing and implementing the daily enrollment work of the school.

Article 7 The enrollment work of our college is carried out under the supervision of the discipline inspection and supervision department of the school.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan

Article 8 Schools recruit students for the whole country. The school comprehensively considers the conditions of running a school and the comprehensive factors such as the number of candidates, the quality of students and the employment situation in various provinces (cities, autonomous regions), and combines the implementation of student enrollment plans in recent years to scientifically and reasonably determine the enrollment plans of various provinces (cities, autonomous regions). For provinces (cities and autonomous regions) with insufficient students and sufficient students, the adjustment of their enrollment plans shall be carried out according to the requirements of the competent education department.

Article 9 The school is expected to enroll 1 1500 students in 2020, including 7,500 undergraduate students and 4,000 higher vocational students. The annual enrollment plan and the enrollment plan by province and specialty shall be based on the number announced by the competent departments of enrollment in each province (city, autonomous region). Chapter IV Access Rules

Article 11 Schools shall, within the scope of the project of increasing scores nationwide stipulated by the Ministry of Education, recognize the policies and regulations issued by the admissions departments of all provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) and make professional admissions according to the candidates' scores (including policy scores).

According to the batch of parallel volunteer, the proportion of schools reading candidates' files is controlled in principle within 105% of the enrollment plan announced by our school in various provinces (cities, autonomous regions); Voluntarily file according to batch order, and the file transfer ratio should be controlled within 120% in principle. All provinces (cities, autonomous regions) have provisions for consulting candidates' files in accordance with the proportion stipulated by the provinces (cities, autonomous regions).

Article 12 Measures for arranging the majors of the candidates: The candidates of the same batch of non-art majors fully respect the professional wishes of the candidates when arranging their majors, and are admitted according to the principle of "clear professional wishes", that is, those who cannot meet the professional wishes and do not obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed.

The cultural examination scores and professional scores of art majors must reach the minimum undergraduate control scores stipulated by the provinces (cities, autonomous regions) where the candidates are located. The artistic achievement adopts the results of the provincial unified examination, and the admission rules are as follows: according to the comprehensive achievement (comprehensive achievement = artistic achievement ×0.6+ cultural achievement ×0.4), Selected Graduates is conducted according to the professional volunteers reported by the candidates, and those with the same comprehensive achievement are given priority in admission to the art major, and volunteers are arranged first, and then adjusted from high score to low score until the plan is completed.

Thirteenth candidates in the ideological and political morality, file scores, physical conditions, volunteer order the same conditions, one of the following circumstances, priority admission: candidates with high scores in the unified examination; Candidates who fill in geological, surveying and mapping, water conservancy and other professional volunteers; Candidates with excellent Chinese and English scores in liberal arts majors; Candidates with outstanding achievements in mathematics, science and chemistry in science and engineering majors; Candidates who have won various awards at or above the prefecture (city) level.

Fourteenth physical conditions meet the requirements of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health, and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities and the relevant supplementary provisions. Tourism management and hotel management majors are restricted by employment conditions. In principle, applicants are required to have good figure and correct facial features. The height standards of boys and girls are above 168 cm and 156 cm respectively, and their oral English level is relatively high.

Fifteenth candidates who apply for architecture and other majors must have a certain painting foundation.

Sixteenth all majors (categories) to recruit boys and girls are not subject to proportional restrictions.

Article 17 The admission of preparatory classes for ethnic minorities in our school shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant documents of the state and Guangxi Autonomous Region and with reference to the relevant provisions of the articles of association.

Eighteenth English majors only recruit English language candidates, and Japanese majors only recruit English and Japanese language candidates. Other majors in the school arrange teaching in English-based foreign languages, and non-English language candidates should be cautious when filling in their volunteers.

Chapter V Tuition and Accommodation

Twentieth ordinary undergraduate majors (classes) in Guilin headquarters of the school implement credit system fees. At the beginning of each academic year, the school collects tuition fees in advance according to the average tuition standard of the major (class), and settles the accounts according to the actual credits and credit charging standards at the end of the academic year. Prepaid tuition is as follows:

1. Art 12000 yuan/student/school year;

2. 7000 yuan/student/school year for architecture;

3. 6,000 yuan/student/school year for science and engineering, economics and management;

4. Arts and sciences 5500 yuan/student/school year;

5. Agronomy 5000 yuan/student/school year.

Special note: after the professional enrollment is diverted, the tuition standard shall be implemented according to the corresponding professional charging standard after the diversion.

Twenty-first general undergraduate majors (classes) and applied undergraduate majors in Nanning Branch of the school shall be charged by the credit system. The school collects tuition fees in advance according to the average tuition standard of the major at the beginning of each academic year, and settles according to the actual credits and credit charging standard at the end of the academic year. Tuition fees charged in advance by each major (category) are as follows:

1. General undergraduate course: 6000 yuan/student/academic year for engineering and management;

2. Application-oriented undergraduate: 7,500 yuan/student/academic year for engineering and 6,500 yuan/student/academic year for management.

Twenty-second higher vocational colleges Nanning Branch implements the academic year system. Ordinary classes in higher vocational colleges cost 7300-8000 yuan/student/school year, and art classes in higher vocational colleges cost 9000 yuan/student/school year.

Twenty-third students' accommodation fees are paid according to the actual accommodation conditions and charging standards, and the range of accommodation fees is 1000-2000 yuan/student/academic year.

Twenty-fourth above fees shall be subject to the standards approved by the price bureau of the autonomous region.

Chapter VI Others

Twenty-fifth new students, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the school entrance examination, unqualified will be disqualified.

Twenty-sixth schools have various scholarships to reward students with excellent academic performance; For students from poor families, there is a perfect financial aid system that combines various forms, such as awards, loans, diligence, assistance, compensation, reduction, exemption and delay. Twenty-seventh students after completing their studies, in accordance with the "Regulations on the Administration of Student Status" and other relevant requirements, if they meet the graduation conditions, they will be issued with corresponding undergraduate and junior college graduation certificates, and if they meet the conditions for degree granting, they will be issued with bachelor's degree certificates.

Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions

Article 29 Our school does not entrust any intermediary agency or individual to enroll students, and does not charge any fees other than those stipulated by the state. Our school will investigate the responsibility of intermediaries or individuals who engage in illegal enrollment publicity activities in the name of our school.

Thirtieth other policies and regulations related to school enrollment are inconsistent with the articles of association, and the articles of association shall prevail; If the Articles of Association are inconsistent with the relevant national policies, the relevant national policies shall prevail.

Article 31 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Admissions Office of Guilin University of Technology.
