On August 6, the Beijing Municipal Health Supervision Institute issued the 2065438+2007 Notice of Beijing Municipal Health Supervision Administrative Punishment, which showed that due to violation of Article 14, paragraph 1 (2) of the Regulations on Health Management in Public Places and Article 38 of the Implementation Rules for the Regulations on Health Management in Public Places, Beijing Wangfujing Chunhao Hotel Co., Ltd., Beijing Jingcheng Express Hotel, Beijing Huangyuan Hotel, Youth Holiday (Beijing) Hotel Management Co., Ltd., Beijing Guangxi Building, Beijing Yi Kai Hotel Management Co., Ltd., Beijing Karamay Building, Greentree Inn Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and Anzhen Store of Seven Days Express Hotel Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd. were given warnings and fined 1 000 yuan.

According to Article 14 of the Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public Places, the articles and appliances provided by operators in public places to customers shall ensure hygiene and safety, and the articles and appliances that can be reused shall be replaced by a customer, and shall be cleaned, disinfected and cleaned in accordance with relevant hygiene standards and requirements. Reuse of disposable articles and appliances is prohibited.

According to Article 38 of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public Places, if a public place operator arranges employees who have not obtained valid health certificates to engage in direct customer service, the health administrative department of the local people's government at or above the county level shall order them to make corrections within a time limit, give them a warning, and impose a fine of not less than 5,000 yuan in 500 yuan; If no correction is made within the time limit, a fine of more than 5,000 yuan10.5 million yuan shall be imposed.
