What if the guest asks the hotel to send five more sets of toiletries?

Euphemistic refusal. It is unreasonable for guests to ask for five sets of toiletries during their stay. Toothbrush set, shower gel, shampoo and lotion are all consumables in hotel rooms. If it is used normally, one more set can meet the needs of the guests, but five sets is a bit too much. You can ask the reason before making a decision.
