What is a broken city?

My hometown is Broken City, which is Weiyuan County, Sichuan Province. It is said that a long time ago, near Yantangjiao, Yanling Town, Weiyuan, an old woman and her daughter-in-law opened a tofu shop, and the business was very prosperous. After making a lot of money, her family built a big tile house and lived a very sweet life. After reading it, Mr. Feng Shui said, "Here, yin flourishes and yang declines, and men are weak and women are strong." As a result, many local men pretended to be women's clothes, imitated their grandmothers, opened restaurants and lived a happy life. For a time, the whole city was full of mother-in-law restaurants, and the "broken city" was famous.
