1. Examination methods and procedures

2. Application conditions

IV. Written test

(1) Written test subjects and content

5. Qualification review

Before the physical fitness test or interview, the municipal civil servants department shall review the qualifications of the candidates for the physical fitness test or interview. During the re-examination, the qualifications of the applicants as well as the "Examination Hall Seating List" and the photos provided during registration will be verified as required. Anyone who does not meet the application requirements, cannot provide required certificates and materials, or does not accept qualification review within the specified time will be disqualified from entering the next stage. If there is a vacancy among the shortlisted candidates, they will be filled in equal numbers within the specified time.

During the qualification review, applicants must provide the original valid resident ID card, original academic (degree) certificate, written examination admission ticket, online registration qualification review form and other materials. 6. Physical fitness test

Those who apply for the position of People's Police must undergo a physical fitness test in accordance with relevant regulations. Candidates for the physical fitness test are determined based on the planned number of positions and written test scores from high to low in a 4:1 ratio (if the planned number of positions is more than 10, the ratio is 3:1). If the number is less than the prescribed proportion, it will be determined based on the actual number of people. If there are multiple candidates with the same written test scores in the last place, they will all be determined as candidates for the physical fitness test.

The physical fitness assessment is organized and implemented by the municipal civil servants department in accordance with the provisions of the "Notice on Issuing the Physical Fitness Assessment Items and Standards for the Recruitment of People's Police by Public Security Organs (Interim)" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2011] No. 48). 7. Interview

Interview candidates will be selected according to the number of positions in the recruitment plan, among the people in the same position (people's police positions are for those who have passed the physical fitness test), according to the written test scores from high to low, 3 :1 ratio (if the number of recruitment plans for the same position is more than 10, the ratio is 2:1). If the number is less than the prescribed proportion, it will be determined based on the actual number of people. If there are multiple candidates with the same written test scores, the last one will be selected for interview.

The interview will be conducted using a structured interview method, and the specific matters of the interview will be determined separately.

After the interview, the written test scores and interview scores will be combined into the total exam score in a ratio of 6:4. Those whose interview score is less than 60 points will be disqualified from entering the next stage. If the number of interviews is less than or equal to the number of job recruitment plans, the interview score must reach 75 points or above or the average score of the actual interviewees in the examination room on that day before entering the physical examination and inspection process.

8. Physical examination and inspection

Physical examination and inspection candidates are determined according to the number of positions in the recruitment plan and the total test scores from high to low (if the total scores are the same, the written test scores will be determined in order , "Administrative Vocational Ability Test", "Application Theory" scores are ranked in order).
