1. Application for reserve fund

(3) After approval, the applicant can collect the reserve fund from the cashier's office of the Finance Department.

(4) When the applicant receives the reserve fund, our department will confirm that he is the custodian of the reserve fund (referred to as the custodian), and the custodian is responsible for the integrity and safety of the reserve fund.

2. Custody and use of reserve funds

(1) The department or individual who establishes the reserve fund must use the reserve fund exclusively and shall not occupy or misappropriate the reserve fund.

(2) The Finance Department can regularly or irregularly conduct inventory of departments or individuals with reserve funds. During the inventory, the financial personnel and the custodian will count the reserve funds together and fill in the reserve fund inventory form. Both parties sign to confirm.

(3) During the inventory of the reserve fund, if it is found that the reserve fund has been occupied, misappropriated, or in short supply, the custodian must immediately make up for it. If there is a long amount, the custodian must explain the reason. .

(4) No one may request the custodian to borrow reserve funds, otherwise, the Finance Department has the right to impose penalties for this behavior.

(5) If there is always a shortage, occupation, or misappropriation of the reserve fund, our Ministry has the right to impose economic and administrative penalties on the custodian (the economic penalty is 2-5 times the amount of the shortage, occupation, or misappropriation of funds) times. Administrative penalties include verbal, serious warning, final warning, etc.).

(6) When the custodian uses the reserve fund, he can use the documents that comply with the financial system to go to the Finance Department for reimbursement. After reimbursement, go to the cashier's office to receive the corresponding reimbursement amount.

3. Return of the reserve fund

(1) The custodian can return the reserve fund to the Finance Department at any time due to business relationships, and the Finance Department will issue a receipt to the custodian to prove that it is The reserve fund has been returned.

(2) During the process of counting the reserve funds, if the Finance Department finds that the custodian does not need the reserve funds or the reserve funds are not used in large quantities, it has the right to require the custodian to return part or all of the reserve funds within a time limit.
