Comprehensively strengthen employees' hotel industry awareness and strive to build a learning and development enterprise, the hotel human resources department last year conducted training for front-line department employees, sales department employees, and new employees. Incoming employees and middle-level cadres received a systematic training.

The ability and execution of employees are directly related to the hotel's efficiency and core competitiveness. Therefore, training has always been an important task of the human resources department. At the beginning of the year, in accordance with the hotel's strategic development requirements, the department formulated this year's training theme, namely: improving the management level of managers, strengthening employees' service awareness, and building a hotel team that adapts to the needs of market economic development. We also invested heavily in the introduction of an in-place management company to assist in the training of the hotel.
