At the beginning of the year, in accordance with the hotel's strategic development requirements, the department formulated this year's training theme, namely: improving the management level of managers, strengthening employees' service awareness, and building a hotel team that adapts to the needs of market economic development. We also invested heavily in the introduction of an in-place management company to assist in the training of the hotel.
