The third stop of the trip to southern Anhui was given to Hongcun after repeated consideration.

Traveling in southern Anhui, one is to see mountains and rivers, and the other is to see architecture. The Huizhou architecture with white walls and tiles and "three sculptures" is a must. Ancient buildings left at the foot of Huangshan Mountain can be described as everywhere, but only Hongcun, which is known as the "village in Chinese painting", is a place where "lakes, mountains and buildings blend together, and natural landscapes and humanistic connotations complement each other".

The beauty of Hongcun lies in the ancient houses built by Huizhou School, while the special beauty of other places lies in its water system. The Ming and Qing residential buildings, represented by Nanhu Academy, Wang Ancestral Hall, Chengzhi Hall and Tang Hall, are known as the "Museum of Ancient Residential Buildings", with white walls and tiles, brick and wood stone carvings and overlapping cornices. In order to prevent fire and irrigate the fields artificially, Guhong Village built a stone dam on the stream next to the village, built an artificial canal with stones several meters wide, and introduced a stream of clear water into the village by using the topographic difference, and built an artificial water system called Niuxing Village, which can be called "a must in China": the towering and verdant Leigang Mountain is the "bull's head" and the towering ancient trees at the entrance of the village are the "horns".

With the Moon Marsh and the South Lake, there is the Hongcun in the painting. The water system used by ancestors to irrigate fields for fire prevention has now become the business card of "the village in Chinese painting". When I came to Hongcun, I stood on the shore of South Lake, but I saw old trees and new branches, green and dripping, far away from the peak and near the house, falling into the lake, which seemed deep and quiet. Blue sky and white clouds, white walls and tiles, sparkling, oblique, mountains, water, walls, tiles, people, bridges reflected in the water, like a silhouette, but also like splashing ink. Unconsciously, people have been ecstatic and floated into the painting, but they can't go out anymore.

I took Hongcun as the third stop of my trip to southern Anhui. To tell the truth, I went to South Lake. However, when I really came to Hongcun, the first thing that surprised me was not the South Lake, but the handsome men and women who sketched and painted on the shore of the South Lake!

On the afternoon of April 20th, 2002/KLOC-0, the travel agency's car took us to the Stacked Hotel in Tunxi at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, and went straight to the hotel we booked in advance-Hongcun Hu Lin Hotel. The hotel by the lake is chosen mainly because it has its own parking lot and is close to the entrance of the scenic spot (less than 100 meters). Of course, we should also consider affordable prices.

Drive for more than an hour to Hongcun Hu Lin Hotel, settle down and rest, and arrive at the west entrance of Hongcun Scenic Area around 5 pm to buy tickets. It is specially stated here that tickets for scenic spots do not need to be booked in advance. Attraction tickets 104 yuan/person, online tickets for 94 yuan/person such as Ctrip are valid for three days. During this period, you can come in and out freely with your ticket and ID card, which is more convenient.

Check in, walk across a stone bridge, and before you reach the South Lake, you will see many handsome men and women in groups of three or five, or alone, sketching or splashing ink under trees, beside streams and roadsides, attracting many tourists to watch.

Going to the south bank of Nanhu Lake, there are many paintings and sketches, which almost occupy the whole lake shore.

Most of these young people who sketch from life come from universities all over the country, and their basic skills are already very good. I learned from the chat that these students are all from Shandong University, and I felt a sense of pride from my heart. I wish my classmates in my hometown become "everyone" as soon as possible.

On the one hand, the lake is like a mirror, the far peak falls into the lake next to the house, and the white wall is Shui Ying, which is beautiful; On the one hand, under the new branches of old trees, a group of energetic young people splashed ink. What a "painting Hongcun", this beautiful landscape sketched by handsome men and beautiful women, makes Hongcun "not awesome"!

The scenery is wonderful and picturesque. I arrived at the painting bridge along the shore of the South Lake so quickly. I didn't look at the South Lake that I have been longing for for for a long time, and almost gave all the shots to the young people who painted.
