How do hotels detect pinholes?

Hotel pinhole detection method is as follows:

First, the mobile phone scanning method

Step 1: When entering the room, first turn off the lights in the room and close the curtains, so that the whole room is in a dark state.

Step 2: Turn on the camera function of our mobile phone, and carefully scan the places where cameras may be installed in the room, without missing any places where cameras may be installed.

Step 3: If there is a red light spot on the screen of the mobile phone during scanning, it is probably equipped with a camera.

Note: This method can only be used to detect cameras with infrared fill light.

Second, the flashlight inspection method is aimed at ordinary cameras that are not infrared. You can use a flashlight to check and see all the places with holes in the room, such as televisions and sockets. If the flashlight reflects light, it is likely to have a camera.
