Abandoning teaching and going into business is helpless.
In today's overseas Chinese community in Thailand, Huang's reputation is well known. This reputation is not only attributed to Huang's decades of hard work in shopping malls, but also to his great contribution to Chinese education in Chinese communities in Thailand.
Twenty-four years ago, Thailand and China formally established diplomatic relations, which revealed a glimmer of light for the long-closed Chinese education in Thailand. In 2522 (A.D. 1979), the Thai Chinese Teachers Association was founded by several Chinese teachers. At the beginning of its establishment, it was difficult. At the end of 2523, Huang, who had been teaching for 30 years, won the hearts of the people and was elected as the second chairman of the Thai Chinese Teachers' Association in difficult times.
Huang is a vibrant cultural youth. As soon as he set foot in Thailand, his Chinese level was valued. The husband and wife are employed together to teach in Wulong Zhongzheng Overseas Chinese School. After two years in the cold department, Huang, who was full of ambition, was promoted to the position of principal of Chinese school and transferred to Zhenhua School in Wankong County as the principal. At that time, the international situation changed abnormally. Due to political considerations, the Thai government began to restrict Chinese education and strictly control various Chinese schools, forcing many Chinese schools to close down. Although Mr. and Mrs. Huang loved teaching, the situation at that time did not allow them, and the expatriates were helpless. The couple had to leave school, abandon teaching and go to sea, and turn to the commercial society to seek survival and development space.
With tenacious entrepreneurial spirit and unique vision, Huang has run smoothly. After many years in banking, trust and other financial businesses, I turned to the real estate industry in due course. In the 1980s, when Thailand's economy took off, his real estate business was very successful, which also made others become business tycoons and community leaders.
With decades of teaching career and a sense of mission to Chinese education, Huang still has high hopes for the development of Chinese education while he is rich. After being elected as the second president of the Thai Chinese Teachers' Association, in order to consolidate the foundation of the association, he resolutely independently invested to open a new address of the association in Painansi Road, Bangkok, and went around to make the association legally registered in the government and become a legitimate non-governmental organization in Thailand.
Since its establishment, the Thai Chinese Teachers' Association has enjoyed a growing reputation, which has been praised by the Chinese community in Thailand and supported by people of insight in the overseas Chinese community. Following the tenet of "promoting cultural exchanges between China and Thailand, benefiting teachers, training teachers and improving the quality of Chinese teaching", the Association shoulders the responsibility of "leading Thai Chinese teachers and contributing to the development of Chinese education in Thailand". Huang was also awarded the "Model Father of Thailand" and the White Elephant Medal by His Majesty Tai Huang. 1994, he was awarded the first-class crown medal and model family award by His Majesty Tai Huang.
Since President Huang took office, in view of the shortage of Chinese teachers in Thailand, the teacher training plan has been put on the important agenda, and various training courses for Chinese teachers have been held in a planned and step-by-step manner. Set up a Chinese volunteer group, invite experts to give special lectures, and organize a large number of teachers to study in mainland universities.
In order to improve the level of Chinese teachers, Huang also actively expanded exchanges and established close ties with Beijing Language Institute, Guangzhou Foreign Studies Institute, Jinan University, Sun Yat-sen University, Yunnan Education Institute and universities in Hong Kong and Singapore.
In order to give spiritual support and financial aid to Chinese schools all over the world, he took the lead in visiting Chinese schools in mainland Thailand to help solve various specific problems, regardless of his huge family business. As a former principal of China school, he has a deep understanding of the poor life of teachers. Therefore, in the work regulations of the Teachers' Association, various welfare benefits of teachers are stipulated in detail, so that teachers can engage in education with peace of mind and win the support of teachers.
At the same time, he is also the chairman of the board of directors of the Royal Thai Help Bicharat Middle School and the chairman of the Royal Thai Help Bicharat Tong Barracks.

His profound knowledge, well-founded arguments, urgent demands and full enthusiasm have aroused great enthusiasm in Thai society.
