In order to publicize the opening of the hotel, improve the occupancy rate of the hotel and thank the guests who stayed in the hotel, preferential activities are now launched. According to relevant laws and regulations, Party A and Party B have reached the following agreement on Party B's accommodation in Party A's hotel through friendly negotiation:
Article 1 Term of Agreement:

Article 2 Reservation method
1. Party B shall make a reservation with Party A by telephone, and the reservation shall specify the name of the check-in person, the starting and ending time of the accommodation, the payment method of the room rate, the type of the reserved room, etc.
2. Party A shall ensure smooth telephone lines and arrange housing for Party B in time after receiving the information. If the room is tight, Party A shall give priority to Party B's personnel.
3. Customers must register their accommodation with their valid identity documents and implement the system of one person and one certificate. It is strictly forbidden to borrow or fraudulently use other people's certificates to register for accommodation or to register for more than one person.
4. Hotel front desk registration personnel should do a good job of customer reception registration. The front desk registration personnel should carefully check the valid identity documents presented by the customers, register the customers who meet the certification, and enter the passenger accommodation information.
Article 3 Mode of payment

2. Guests should pay the housing deposit according to the hotel regulations when they check in. Article 5 Other matters
1. Party B must abide by the hotel guest instructions.
2. Party B shall take good care of indoor equipment and shall not replace or lend it to others without permission. If additional equipment is needed, it must be approved by Party A; During Party B's stay, Party A will not provide disposable daily necessities and two bottles of mineral water every day for free.
3. Party A shall provide toilet paper according to the contract, and change the sheets and quilt cover once a day. Party A's employees shall clean the guest room according to regulations and replace garbage bags on time.
4. During the check-in, if Party B causes damage or loss of hotel facilities and equipment due to alcoholism, smoking, slapstick or bad behavior, Party B shall compensate according to the price in the price inquiry table of Party A's room items (except for the loss in normal use).
5. Party B shall not use electric stove and cooker for cooking in the guest room.
6. It is forbidden for hotel guests to engage in activities that violate national laws and regulations, and it is forbidden to engage in gambling, illegal trading, watching obscene videos, prostitution, drug trafficking, drug abuse and other illegal activities in rooms. In case of violation, Party B shall bear all losses and responsibilities.
7. Party A guarantees the normal operation of all kinds of equipment and appliances in the hotel and indoor. Ensure the safety of guest rooms, do a good job in fire prevention and theft prevention, and ensure the safety and firmness of doors, windows and locks.

9. During the agreement period, Party A shall not ask Party B to raise the house price. If the house price generally rises, Party B shall notify Party A in writing and provide the certificate of house price increase issued by relevant departments. During the May 1 Golden Week, the Eleventh Golden Week and the Spring Festival, the price given by Party B to Party A remains unchanged.
Article 6 Liability for breach of contract
During the term of this contract, if Party B terminates the contract in advance, it will be regarded as a breach of contract. If either party causes losses to the other party due to breach of contract, the breaching party shall compensate the observant party for all the losses thus suffered, and collect 65,438+00% of the liquidated damages.
Article 7 Dispute settlement
In case of any dispute during the execution of this contract, both parties shall settle it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, a lawsuit may be brought to the people's court.
Article 8 Others
1. If there are matters not covered in this contract, both parties can sign a supplementary contract to clarify them.
