How about Wei Wuqiong Jiaji Roast Duck Restaurant?

I rode my bike in Hainan before the Spring Festival this year. The four famous dishes have already eaten Wenchang chicken and Dong goat. When I arrive in Qionghai, I naturally want to eat Cargill duck (many people also say Cargill duck), but it is not easy to find a suitable restaurant. Public comments on cities like Qionghai, there is too little information for reference. Finally, I found this store in a report on "Visiting Cargill Duck, a famous dish in Qionghai, Hainan". According to the search map (Google also), I found Hai Yin Road. When I arrived, I found that it was not allowed at all. The correct location should be at the other end of Hai Yin Road, opposite to Jia Wei International Hotel. Such hot weather really affects my mood. When I found the hotel, the name "Wei Wuqiong" felt quite standard. After reading the menu, Jiaji duck 48 yuan is a catty, which is not expensive, and ordered a sweet potato leaf, which seems to be 18 yuan. In Hainan, no matter Wenchang chicken or Jiaji duck, locals like to eat boiled duck-without any seasoning, they eat delicious duck meat. This is just the opposite of many places in the north, such as Beijing roast duck, which pays attention to whether the color is rosy and the taste is mellow. Sometimes roast duck can't taste the duck itself, and it's not the duck itself to some extent. When we were locals, we naturally ordered white-cut Jiaji duck. Duck skin is crisp, duck meat is fragrant and tender, and the taste is very real and original, which is far from ordinary duck meat. Suddenly, we felt it was worthwhile riding a bike for so long. The environment of the restaurant is similar to other reviews. It seems that all restaurants in Hainan are like this, which is also a feature of Hainan. As for the service, it can't compare with the high-end restaurants in the mainland. People here seem to have no sense of service at all. Fortunately, I'm here for Jiaji Duck, nothing else. The coconut tea in PS Hotel is good, with local characteristics and good taste.
