It won't be as cold as in the north, which is indoor heating. Not in the south. Basically, the outdoor and indoor temperatures are almost the same. Don't take off your coat when you enter the house in the north. It's warm inside, but you have to wear as much as you want to go home outside the south. Unless you are at home, you can use an electric heater or something. But the temperature is not that low. It hardly snows here in winter.
