If a hotel accommodates prostitution, the principal person in charge of the unit shall be held criminally responsible in accordance with the law and shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than five years and shall also be fined.

Article 361: Personnel in the hotel industry, catering service industry, cultural entertainment industry, taxi industry and other units shall take advantage of the conditions of their own unit to organize, force, seduce, harbor and introduce others to prostitution. , shall be convicted and punished in accordance with the provisions of Articles 358 and 359 of this Law.

If the principal person in charge of the unit listed in the preceding paragraph commits the crime in the preceding paragraph, he shall be severely punished.
