American trademark transfer process?

1. Check the information of American trademarks that need to be transferred and make it into a paper document;

2. The transferee needs to prepare the materials of the transferee, one in Chinese and one in English, and a copy of the business license;

3. After both parties confirm that the information of the transferred trademark is correct, they sign a trademark transfer contract and sign and seal it;

4. Submit all the prepared materials, American trademark transfer contract and trademark transfer application to the US Intellectual Property Office, and the US Intellectual Property Office will issue a receipt about one month after accepting it;

5. The US Intellectual Property Office will review the submitted materials and trademark transfer applications, which will take about 6 months. After passing the examination, the US Intellectual Property Office will issue a certificate of successful trademark transfer, register the trademark owner of the transferred trademark, and issue a trademark registration certificate.
