The new regulations of Guangzhou Electric Vehicle 2022 are as follows:

I. Prohibition regulations:

1.( 1) East: Yunke Middle Road (Guangyuan Expressway to Pazhou Bridge), Pazhou Bridge, Yunke South Road (Pazhou Bridge to Xin _ East Road) West.

(2) South: North of Xindong Road, Xinzhong Road and Xinxi Road.

(3) Westward: Airport Road (Huangshi Interchange to Sanyuanli Avenue), Sanyuanli Avenue (north of Guangyuan West Road), Guangyuan West Road (west of Sanyuanli Avenue), Huanshi West Road (Guangyuan West Road to Xichang Interchange), Zengcha Road (Zengbu Bridge to Xichang Interchange), Zengbu Bridge and Pearl River (Zengbu Bridge to Ren Minqiao).

(4) North: Huangshi East Road, Baiyun Avenue South (Huangshi East Road to Guangyuan Middle Road), Guangyuan Middle Road (southeast section of Baiyun Avenue), Guangyuan East Road and Guangyuan Expressway (west section of Yunke Middle Road) face south.

2. It is forbidden for electric bicycles to pass through expressway, urban expressways, urban elevated roads, inner ring roads (including line A, line B and elevated radiation) and river-crossing tunnels within the administrative area of Guangzhou all day.

3. The following vehicles are prohibited from driving on the road all day in the administrative area of Guangzhou:

(1) Electric bicycles not registered in this city;

(2) Other non-motor vehicles equipped with power devices (except motorized wheelchairs for the disabled).

2. Reasons for motor vehicle registration:

The traffic administrative department of the public security organ shall complete the examination and verification of motor vehicle registration within five working days from the date of accepting the application, and shall issue the motor vehicle registration certificate, license plate and driving license to those who meet the conditions specified in the preceding paragraph; If the applicant does not meet the conditions specified in the preceding paragraph, it shall explain to the applicant the reasons for not registering. Except the traffic administrative department of the public security organ, no other unit or individual may issue motor vehicle number plates or require motor vehicles to hang other number plates, except as otherwise provided.

3. Requirements for motor vehicles on the road:

Driving an electric bicycle on the road should abide by the laws and regulations on road traffic safety and travel in a civilized way. Do not drive illegally installed or modified, assembled, exceeding the standard and other electric bicycles that do not meet the relevant regulations on the road. Violation of road traffic safety laws and regulations, Guangzhou traffic police will be punished according to law; If it is identified as a motor vehicle, it shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of motor vehicles.

4. Licensing requirements:

1. Residents who meet the Technical Specification for Safety of Electric Bicycles (GB17761-2018, hereinafter referred to as the "new national standard") and have obtained CCC certification shall register and issue official number plates and driving licenses with valid materials.

2. Residents' self-use electric bicycles that have been used before the implementation of the "new national standard" and meet the General Technical Conditions for Electric Bicycles (GB17761-KLOC-0/999) or meet the "new national standard" but have not obtained CCC certification shall go through transitional registration before September 30, 2022.

3. For electric bicycles that meet the "new national standard" and pass CCC certification, the official number plate and driving license with white characters on blue background shall be registered and issued with valid materials, and used according to the purpose of online issuance.

4. The style of registration certificate, license plate and driving license shall be stipulated and supervised by the public security department of the State Council.
