Extended data:

Gaoqing local liquor-making has a long history, which can be traced back to the Song Dynasty. According to folklore, the local brewing well is called the "dumping well" in the Zhao Kuangyin Imperial Seal, which is widely touted. By the beginning of the Qing Dynasty, there were seven local wineries, all of which used the same well to make wine, and the wines produced were all called "Peninsula Well Wine".

However, due to the war, all wineries eventually closed down or switched careers, but the traditional winemaking skills were not lost, and they were taken to the Peninsula Well Hotel established by the local Shi Ding family at 1934.

1946, the hotel and several wineries nearby were nationalized by the People's Liberation Army and merged into Xia Ding Winery. Later, it was relocated and renamed several times, and the longest-used factory was named "gaoqing county Winery" established by 1957.

1990 s, the factory was in trouble due to market and system problems, and turned losses into profits after two reforms: 1995 and 1999. At present, the products include "Bandaojing" Luzhou-flavor and "Guo Jing" Shuangxiang (Sesame-flavor) two series.
