But I found that even if you don’t ask for incense, there are incense for visitors to take in the main hall of the temple. But if you don’t feel sincere about it, just donate some to the merit box. The characteristics of each temple are different. It is worth mentioning that Mount Wutai is the monastery of Manjusri Bodhisattva, so there are more worshippers in the temple. They will use various means to make you go to their designated temples to burn incense and ask for things (for example, telling you that when you first come to Mount Wutai to burn incense, you must start with the faucet to show your sincerity. It would be disrespectful if you don't burn the faucet when you go up the mountain. Hehe, you Once you believe it, you will start to be fooled. Generally, when you go to the temple they say, they will let you burn at least 1,000 yuan of incense, and they can take you there for half of it.)
