Specifically, I still want to talk about the dishes of this seaview No.1 seafood hotel. There are few seafood dishes after a table, but I remember a steamed shad that tastes wrong. Later, my relatives seemed to return this dish directly, telling me what I thought was quite ok: three cups of Taiwan Province chicken wings, which tasted very sweet, and the signature chicken feet of crispy cold dishes at the entrance of chicken wings: the meat is hard, a little hard to bite, and the taste is very salty. Osmanthus Jelly: The unexpected feeling was delicious and chewy. I don't remember anything except the cake in Mu Guiying. Few of them feel distinctive after eating, but the box environment is brighter. The cold dishes taste ok, and the chicken feet as a sign are not too amazing. They are hard to bite. Seafood ordered salmon and mussels. The foie gras in salmon is really great, with a delicate and smooth taste and a little milky taste. Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice, which is more refreshing and rich. The elephant mussel, now cooked, is very fresh, but I don't like it very much, because it smells fishy, so I don't accept it very much. Later, the waiter took it down and made soup and salty rice, which was delicious and brought out the umami flavor. I ate several bowls. The black tofu with stone pot chicken sauce in the picture, I don't know if it is the name, but I also have an impression. Tofu slipped through the delicious chicken soup and was wiped out a lot at once. There are also signs of big meat buns, and one catty is estimated to be worth two lucky buns. In fact, the soup is full, the steamed bread skin feels good, tastes strong and tough, and looks delicate and shiny. I have a good impression on this store, first, because the box environment is really good, and second, whether it is seafood, vegetables or hot and cold dishes, I can feel the food is very fresh. Whether a dish is delicious or not depends on the fresh ingredients. I hope I can have such a pleasant experience next time.
