Geographical location of Miaogong Reservoir

Located at the southwest 1km of Siheyong Town, Weichang Manchu and Mongolian Autonomous County, Chengde City, Hebei Province, it is surrounded by mountains, with an altitude of more than 770 meters, and the terrain is high in the west and low in the east, 55.5km away from Longhua County downstream of the reservoir. It belongs to the shallow mountain shrub grassland area, with an average annual temperature of 4.7℃ and a minimum temperature of -28.7℃. The highest temperature is 38.9℃, the annual precipitation is about 460mm, and the frost-free period is 137 days. The paddock branch line of Chengchi expressway passes halfway up the mountain, and you can overlook the panoramic view of Miaohong Reservoir from your car.
