The annex building and athletes' apartment covers an area of 9029㎡, with a building area of 14907㎡. There are six-story four-star hotels in the annex, including 30 standard rooms and 3 luxury suites, which can accommodate 200 people. Set up a meeting room for 50 people and a meeting room for 20 ~ 30 people; There are 5 high-standard outdoor tennis courts, 2 indoor tennis courts and 2 indoor badminton courts. The overhead floor is a parking lot which can provide 220 parking spaces.

Yantian District Sports Center is the first green and low-carbon demonstration building in Yantian District. The building adopts advanced technologies and equipment such as fully intelligent electric sunshade blinds, high-tech nano-self-cleaning coated curtain wall, solar photothermal system and solar wind complementary street lamps.
