Zengcheng District is a municipal district of Guangzhou, located in the central and eastern part of Guangdong Province, the eastern part of Guangzhou, the north bank of the lower reaches of Dongjiang River and the west of Luofu Mountain. It borders Huizhou in the east, Dongguan across the river in the south, Huangpu District in the west and Conghua District and Longmen County in the north.
