After friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B reached the following agreement on Party B renting Party A’s hotel room as long-term residence, and both parties shall abide by it:

1. Rent and rent payment deadline:

3. Party B must attach great importance to fire safety, obey the management of the hotel, and shall not bring any illegal items or flammable items into the hotel.

4. Party B shall not make noise (including public radio, television, and radio) within the leased area at any time.

5. This lease area shall not be sublet or subleased.

6. If any damage or loss to the tenant’s property is caused not by the negligence of hotel personnel, the tenant shall be solely responsible for the damage or loss.

7. If Party B terminates the agreement midway, the deposit will not be refunded.

8. If Party B damages Party A’s room facilities, such as TV, furniture, walls, etc. during his stay, he will be compensated in the amount specified by the hotel.

9. While using the room rented by Party A, Party B is not allowed to install or use high-power electric heating or electric equipment without permission, and is prohibited from cooking with an open flame. No flammable or explosive items are allowed in the room.

10. Party B shall not modify the structure and layout of Party B’s house without permission during the lease period.

11. Party B shall not change the original use of the room without authorization; shall not place items in the room that exceed the designed load weight of the house.

12. When Party B checks in, each room is limited to 2 people.

13. During the lease period, Party B shall not conduct any behavior in the room that violates relevant laws, regulations and social customs. Otherwise, Party B will be responsible for the relevant legal liabilities arising therefrom.

14. After signing the agreement, it will become official. Party A must deliver 1 mechanical door key to Party B. If any is lost or damaged, Party A will be required to compensate 20 yuan.

3. The hotel promises the following to the tenants:

1. During the stay in the hotel, Party B will introduce the guests to stay in the hotel rooms and enjoy the hotel membership price. The payment method is cash payment.

Article 1. Purpose of the Contract

2. Party B has the right to reasonably use the house, as well as the supporting furniture and electrical appliances in the house after paying the full rent. Party A shall not dispose of these furniture and electrical appliances without the consent of Party B during the performance of the contract. However, if any safety hazard or damage occurs to the above facilities, Party B shall replace or repair them by itself.

3. Party B has the right to add the furniture it needs with the consent of Party A. The cost shall be borne by Party B. The ownership of the additional items belongs to Party B. After the lease period, Party B shall move out or settle with Party A. Negotiate.

4. The water, electricity, gas, telephone, property and other expenses incurred by Party B during the rental period shall be borne by Party B.

5. During the lease period, Party B shall not change the purpose of the leased house (including but not limited to no subletting), shall not use the leased house to engage in illegal, criminal or immoral acts, nor shall it cause harm, obstruction or harm to neighbors. If any damage is caused to neighbors during the rental process, Party B will be solely responsible.

6. Party B shall not damage the house and the facilities in the house, the main body of the house shall not be changed, and the switches, furniture, home appliances and other indoor equipment in the house shall not be damaged. If this article is violated, Party B shall bear all responsibilities and compensate at a reduced price, and Party A shall not be held responsible.

7. Party B must use electricity and water correctly, always pay attention to fire prevention, theft prevention, accident prevention, ensure the safety of life and property of himself and others, and comply with the management regulations of the community. The lighting switches and gas facilities (electric water heater, gas water heater, gas stove, etc.) in the room are all normal. If any safety accident occurs to Party B during the rental period, Party B will be responsible for it and Party A will not be held responsible.

8. After the lease period expires, if Party B requests to continue the lease, it should submit the request to Party A one month in advance. After Party A receives Party B’s request, Party B has the priority to lease under the same conditions. .

9. If Party B violates the terms of this contract, Party A has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract at any time (the contact time of the contract shall be subject to the time when Party A notifies Party B.
