Children under 6 years old (inclusive) or under 1.2 meters in height are free of charge.

Elderly persons over 65 years old (inclusive) are free of charge with their resident ID cards or Shaanxi Elderly Preferential Treatment Cards.

Active military personnel (including retired military cadres) are free of charge with valid military ID.

Disabled people are free of charge with their disability certificates
