This tall building is Ningbo Shengguang Hotel, which has not yet opened. Initially positioned as a platinum five-star hotel managed by Hilton Ningbo landmark. Another name seems to be the International Conference and Exchange Center of Ningbo Higher Education Park, which was developed and built by Shengguang Group (formerly Shengguang Packaging Factory of Yinzhou Town, Ningbo, founded in 1987). Now it has existed for a long time for some reasons.

It is said that the owner who developed Shengguang Hotel left a piece of land beside the hotel at that time. At first, he planned to develop a business district by himself. Later, the land was taken away by Vanke, and the two sides developed Jinyu Huafu after consultation.
