The meaning of domestic and foreign guests:

1. Domestic guests refer to mainland guests with mainland ID cards, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan guests (with Home Visit Permit/Taiwan Compatriot Certificate, etc. ) and overseas Chinese (holding China passports).

2. Foreign guests refer to foreigners who do not hold China national identity cards;
