It is illegal for enterprises to take unpaid leave during the epidemic. If the enterprise stops production due to the epidemic and does not exceed a salary payment period (up to 30 days), the salary shall be paid according to the normal working hours. If the payment period of wages exceeds one period, wages can be paid according to the labor provided by the workers and the newly agreed standards; If the enterprise fails to arrange the work of its employees, it shall pay the living expenses of the employees at least 80% of the local minimum wage, and the living expenses shall be paid until the enterprise resumes work, stops production or terminates labor relations. Under any of the following circumstances, the employer shall be ordered by the labor administrative department to pay the labor remuneration, overtime pay or economic compensation below the local minimum wage within a time limit, and pay the difference. For the unpaid part, the employer shall be ordered to pay compensation to the laborer according to the standard of more than 50% 100% of the payable amount:
