What documents do I need to apply for before the hotel opens?

Industrial and commercial registration certificate, tax registration certificate, health permit, environmental protection approval certificate, fire protection approval certificate, house number approval, industry management registration of tourism bureau, tobacco monopoly exchange, cultural project business license, and special industry business approval.
