The hotel computer can't get online. What should I do?

Computer can't access the Internet, troubleshooting and solutions;

1, first check whether the indicator light of the router is normal. Check whether the power cord is plugged in.

2. The computer shows that it is connected, but there is no network. First of all, considering that the router has been restored to factory settings, it can be reset. Enter the router IP address in the browser, and enter the user name and password to set it.

There are viruses in the computer, too. Scan the computer with the computer housekeeper. Check for viruses.
