Express hotels in the city (such as Home Inn, etc.) are also more expensive than this, and most of them do not include breakfast. Tickets for Laohutan were booked online in the same city. The retail price is 170 per ticket and the online booking price is 120. Reservation is easy, just enter the date you want to go and leave your mobile phone number and name. The ticket collection location is at the Prince Hotel next to Laohutan Park.

Let me introduce my itinerary again. I arrived at Dalian Railway Station at 12 noon and took a taxi to the Prince Hotel next to Laohutan Beach for 16 yuan to pick up the tickets. The tour guide took us to the entrance of Laohutan to buy tickets and gave us two electronic tickets. We need to keep the tickets after entering the park. There are also 5 pavilions that need to be checked when entering. Don't forget to ask for a performance schedule when you enter. The performances at the Gaiety Theater and the Polar Pavilion are particularly beautiful, so don’t miss them. Except for the sea animal museum, the other museums are very good. Walking all the way forward in the park, you finally reach the Birdsong Forest. After visiting Birdsong Forest, it was almost 4 o'clock. There are vans going to Dalian Railway Station at the entrance of Niaoyulin. Most of them are black vans and cost 5 yuan per person. I returned to the entrance of Laohutan Park and took bus No. 2 back to Dalian Railway Station. Take the Jinshitan light rail to Discovery Kingdom Hotel. The last light rail train is at 18:30. The fare is 8 yuan. It takes about 1 hour to reach Jinshitan. There are many motorcycles and taxis in front of the light rail station. I chose a taxi and it cost 8 yuan to get to the Discovery Kingdom Theme Hotel. It is said that there is a small train running between the light rail station and the Discovery Kingdom during the day, and the ticket price is 5 yuan per person. After arriving at the hotel, there were no places to eat around. We could only eat in the hotel restaurant, which was quite expensive. It is recommended to have dinner in Dalian. When checking in, you will be given two tickets to the Discovery Kingdom, with your name and ID number written on the tickets. Both of you need to bring ID cards when you go. The facilities in the hotel are still very complete, so I won’t introduce them here. Get up at 8 o'clock the next day, have breakfast, and check out. Start a journey of discovery. It was not a festival or a weekend when I went, so there were not many people, and most of the activities inside were played. Except for the slightly longer queue for the go-karts, the other times were not long. I didn't dare to play in the strong current. Even if I had a raincoat, I was worried that my clothes would get soaked and uncomfortable. By around 4 p.m., there was basically no need to queue except for go-karts. Those who can drive are not recommended to go karting, as the speed is extremely slow and not exciting at all. It's not worth wasting time waiting in line. There was a theatrical performance at about 4:30. "Saving Monroe" is located near the entrance. You can see car chases and drifting, motorcycles crossing the line of fire, explosions and other scenes. We walked out of Discovery Kingdom at 5 o'clock. There was a minibus back to the city at the door for 10 yuan per person. The speed is not slow either. There are too many people on the light rail at this time and there may be no seats. Taking a minibus is also a good option. After arriving in Dalian, we went to Xinghai Square, the largest square in Asia. Take the 10 o'clock train back in the evening.
