The following is some information on the room status table:

1. Occupied room (guest is using it)

2. Vacant room (cleaning has been completed Working, waiting to be rented)

3. The CO takes the guest room (the guest checks out, but the room has not been cleaned yet)

4. The OC has cleaned the guest room

5. OD cleans the room

6. VC has cleared the room (cleared but not checked)

7. VD has not cleaned the room

8. VI has checked Vacant rooms

9. BL reserved rooms (generally controlled for guaranteed bookings)

10. OOO rooms to be repaired

11. OOS out-of-service rooms

12. S/O room for sleeping outside (staying outside, not going back to the hotel to sleep)

13. DND do not disturb room

14. SR standard room

15. BR Business Room

16. DR Deluxe Room

17. BS Business Suite
