White Swan Hotel

White Swan Hotel is the first five-star hotel in China with Sino-foreign cooperation. 1982 10, Guangdong Provincial Tourism Bureau and Hong Kong Weichang Development Co., Ltd. signed the White Swan Hotel Cooperative Operation Agreement, with a total investment of more than 49 million US dollars, or about 90 million RMB at the current exchange rate. Sino-foreign cooperation mode is selected for the project, and the agreed operation period is 15. 1997, both parties agreed to extend the agreement for five years, and extend the cooperation period to 2003.

On February 6th, 1983, White Swan Hotel officially opened, which is the first modern large-scale Sino-foreign cooperative hotel designed, built and managed by itself in China.
