Is it true that human beings must obey nature?

No, we should make rational use of nature. Imagine, in the face of all kinds of natural disasters, shouldn't we prevent, eliminate and resist? Shouldn't the barren land be improved? Just protect nature while using it, and don't seriously damage the natural environment. It is impossible to have no damage at all, such as the Three Gorges Project.
