1. Exhibition schedule:

1. Vendor registration and exhibition setup on December 12-13, 2007 (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.);

2. Merchants will discuss ordering on December 14-16, 2007;

3. The exhibition will be dismantled in the afternoon of December 16, 2007.

2. Booth charging standards:

1. Each standard booth of 9 square meters is charged RMB 6,800 (an additional charge of RMB 20 for corner booths). The booth is equipped with a table, Two stools, a light pipe, a power socket, and a fascia board with the company name.

2. Raw space, priced at RMB 6,400 per 9 square meters, with a minimum rent of 27 square meters, without any equipment. 5. Things to note when companies sign up to participate in the exhibition:

1. Exhibiting companies must fill out the "Exhibition Application Form", stamp it with the company seal, and fax or mail it to our company.

2. After our company receives the "Exhibition Application Form", we will sign an agreement for the exhibitors.

3. After the exhibition agreement is signed, the exhibitor shall pay 50% of the booth fee as an exhibition deposit within 10 days, and the balance shall be paid one month before the opening of the exhibition. If payment is overdue, the organizer will not guarantee the confirmed booth. We apologize for any booth changes.

4. When exhibitors pay booth fees, please make payment through bank transfer. When using a check, please fill in the name of the organizer payable to the check. Please do not pay cash or no payable check. Otherwise, the exhibitors will be responsible for any economic losses caused.
