2. Check the defense group list. Candidates first fill in the defense group number according to the paper number when the thesis instructor is assigned (see the attached defense group list for details), and then check the defense group according to the admission ticket number. 3. Formal defense time: from 8:00 on November 10 to the end of the defense (lunch from 11:40 to 12:20 noon).

Notes (please read carefully):

1. Candidates for the defense should arrive at the location designated by the group a little early according to the number of the group they belong to. (Each person’s defense lasts for an average of 2 minutes). Traffic jams and loud noises are not allowed at the door of the defense room.

Rooms 315 and 476 are lounges. People who wait for a long time can rest in room 115 and wait. After answering, please leave quickly to avoid traffic jams.

Please do not judge the waiting time for the defense yourself. The last candidate must arrive at the defense location and wait before 1 p.m. at the latest.

2. Candidates who are absent on the 9th should report to Room 335 before 8:00 on the 10th (only under special circumstances with the consent of the hospital, relevant holiday certificates must be presented.

It is recommended to bring a USB flash drive of the electronic version of the paper. It's easy to make last-minute changes.

3. Thesis scores can be entered into the Jiangsu Provincial Education Examination Institute’s online search around the end of November (it has nothing to do with our institute).

If the thesis score does not meet the requirements for graduation or degree application, you can also reapply for the next thesis defense.

4. After passing the defense and other courses, you can go to the local self-study exam to go through the graduation registration procedures (usually at the end of May and early December each year).

Degree applications are generally conducted in March and early October of each year at the School of Continuing Education of Nanjing University (2nd Floor, Nanyuan Teaching Building, Gulou Campus) (it has nothing to do with our school).

Friendly reminder:

2. The defense location is the Shengda Building of the School of Government in Xianlin School District (No. 163, Xianlin Avenue).
