3. There are more than 2,000 families and more than 7,000 people living in it. There are only three buildings in total. The density is very, very dense. The elevator settings are very unreasonable, right? There are few elevators, but there are many elevators that will make you jump;

4. Ground parking is euphemistically called blocking the fire escape, but in fact it is used by developers and property owners to park at will. There are garages underground, and two It's on the first floor and the seats are very narrow. The key point is that the tenants charge 1,050 yuan/month. Don't ask me why it's so expensive? They treat landlords and tenants differently. Tenants are not eligible to apply for monthly cards. Landlords are, and the monthly card is 400 yuan, but there are not many owners here, as you know;

5. After three years of epidemic, they have been very poor, and they have not had any takeaways in three years. At the gate of the community, you have to go downstairs to pick up takeaways by yourself. I, who can’t cook, have become a little expert at cooking. Couriers were not allowed to go upstairs for three years. Small items had to be picked up by yourself. For large items, you had to make various declarations and pleas for permission from the courier to send them upstairs. It was the same as begging grandpa or grandma. It was too difficult.

6. This year, Xingfu Washington has the most number of closures and controls on Guiyuan Street in Luohu District, 5 times, 5 times! If there is any slight disturbance, they will not be able to get in or out, and the community will be blocked off. This is called militarized management, but in fact it brings a lot of inconvenience to the residents.

7. Recently, the fifth lockdown has just been lifted. People are moving out of Xingfu DC every day because they are too frustrated there and the property management is so bad. They have quarrels and conflicts with the property management every now and then. There are many people living there;

8. The public area in the community is very small, the sanitation is very poor, and the electricity bill is expensive. How can I say this? The power supply is second-tier dealers, and the electricity meter is installed by the property management company, not the south. The power grid is your own responsibility. In short, living in Xingfu Huafu has no other advantages besides convenient transportation and plenty of places to eat along Baoan South Road. Especially the property management is too frustrating and miserable, so you need to be careful when renting.
