Where is Xian 'an Square in Hankou?

Hankou Xian 'an Square is in Wuhan.

Xian 'anfang is located at the junction of Nanjing Road and Shengli Street in Wuhan, and was built by Hankou cotton tycoon Huang Shaoshan. This is a high-grade residential area in the Republic of China, where Lu Zuofu, a boatman, Chen Taiyi, a drug Lord, and Chen Bobohua, a China drama master, once lived. Xian 'anfang is a well-preserved Shikumen complex in China. At present, some buildings in Xian 'anfang have been demolished, and the basic features of some foreign houses built during the Republic of China have been preserved.

The project of this complex, named Fahua Bund Hui, was developed by Wuhan Fahua Changsheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and the former Shengjiao Bureau of Xian 'anfang is now its sales center. The gatehouse of the three-character archway in Xian 'anfang is still there, and the building wall has retained its original style, so it is also suitable for shooting the style of the Republic of China, cheongsam and new Chinese style.

Introduction to the historical background of Xi 'an Square;

1965438+In the early spring of 2005, on the edge of the British Concession in Hankou, there was an unknown land with wormwood and ponds. The businessman named Huang Shaoshan just sold his cotton mill in Jianli's hometown, and his family came to Hankou to work hard. The 34-year-old rural cotton merchant made a bold decision to buy land, build a batch of high-grade houses and sell them to nearby foreign comprador and China white-collar workers. His idea is to imitate the operation mode of the popular Shikumen residential area in Shanghai.

The first model house built by Huang Shaoshan covers an area of 255.5 square meters, with three floors up and down, and a patio in front and back. The living room is equipped with four gorgeous floor-to-ceiling colored glass doors and a dark red stone floor, which is both practical and western. He gave this community an auspicious name "Xian 'anfang", which means wealth and xian 'an. Five years later, the then land king Liu Xinsheng bought Taiping Road and paved it with asphalt.

Renamed as Xinsheng Road, it gradually became the commercial center of Hankou. Later, Tongren Lane, Deyongli Lane and Qichangli Lane were added next to Xian 'an Square, and the four lanes were combined into a top residential area in Hankou with 64 house numbers, with a length of 320 meters and a width of 6 meters, with Poyang Street in the southeast and Shengli Street in the northwest.
